This machine is charaterized by following features:This machine set is the combination of such main parts as extruder ,calender ,winder ,and electric control console.The screw and the cylinder are made of high quality alloy steel (38CrMoAlA)with optimum hardness,strong corrosion resistance and long service lifetime after nitrogen treatment. The flow channel in die head is of coat-hanger design and it ensures the even thickness and the smooth surface of the sheets. The circular wate inside the calender brings perfect cooling Effect,mesh changer and the cylinder are separately controlled.
