PALIDA DRYING CLIMATIZER is climate conditioner, keeping the air on stable temperature and humidity. It allows to dry sensitive and unstable goods under a stable climate ( time, temperature, humidity ).. .. Cooling power is provided by an external cooler or the PALIDA COOL-EXCHANGER. The PALIDA DRYING CLIMATIZER can also be supplied with an internal cooling unit on request. Settings & parameter: - Flow : fixed by the type of climatizer - Temperature T : begin-temperature (T1) & end-temperature (T2) - Humidity H : begin-humidity (H1) & end-humidity (H2) - Timing : period of drying. .. The PALIDA DRYING CLIMATIZER will control the air quality ( temperature and humidity ) lineair over the requested time period, quiding it from T1 & H1 at the start to T2 & H2 at the end. The PALIDA DRYING CLIMATIZER is deliverable is three versions depending on the request air flow. - 10 - 1000 m3/hr ( heater 1200 W ), cooling required 9000 BTU - 10 2000 m3/hr ( heater 2400 W ) , cooling required 12000 BTU - 10 4000 m3/hr ( heater 3600 W ) , cooling required 18000 BTU The PALIDA DRYING CLIMATIZER is connected to 220-240V 50-60 Hz if no cooling unit inside. If cooling unit is intergrated, it requires an extra 220-240V connection or we provide with 380-420 V ( 5-pole ) high power connection. .. APPLICATION Drying of sensitive products like bio-products or unstable products, which turn bad or unstable under to high or to low temperature, which makes freeze- or hot-drying ad dry-method impossible ..
