Wire wrap screen liners 2 3/8" through 13 3/8" Wire-wrapped screens used in combination with gravel packing are another widely used sand control method. Although the minimum slot size is .012", the spacing between wire-wrapped screens can be as low as .004". Furthermore, wire-wrapped screens provide more open area to increase productivity. Wire-wrapped screens have also been used successfully in open hole completions. Screens can be manufactured using either stainless or low carbon steel depending on customer requirements. Our facility has the capability to provide either base pipe slotting (.250") or round hole perforating.
